Brett King

Henrik Syse
Are humans able to imagine or predict the future? 

Henrik Syse, a prominent Norwegian philosopher, research professor and author will put this to the test at mcb tech .20! Syse looks closer at what technological advancements does with us and what dilemmas occur. Is there a connection between ethics, philosophy and technology?

Syse is a Senior Researcher at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO) since 1997, Former Head of Corporate Governance (2005-07) at Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM). Syse holds a MA in Political Philosophy from Boston College (1991) and a doctorate in Ethics from the University of Oslo. He was appointed “Young Global Leader” by the World Economic Forum in 2007 in Davos.


Dan Olsen

Dan Olsen is a product management trainer, consultant, and author. His passion is helping others build successful products that customers love. At Olsen Solutions, he works with CEOs and product leaders to build great products and strong product teams. His clients include Facebook, Box, Walmart, Amazon, AT&T, and Medallia.
Dan is the author of the bestseller The Lean Product Playbook, published by Wiley.


Digitally China
The Rise Of the East: From Copying to Innovating

Jacob Lovén and Tom Xiong, producers of Scandinavia’s largest podcast about the Chinese technology scene (Den Digitala Draken) and one of the largest English speaking podcasts about the same topic (Digitally China) share their insights about the huge shift when innovation power is rapidly moving from Silicon Valley to Asia.
