Part 1
What are digital twins?
As customer preferences and regulations evolve amid increasing concerns about climate change, organizations are looking for new ways to accelerate digital innovation. Concurrently, the convergence of products, software, and services is setting the stage for the next big transformation across industries.
Digital twins are, simply put, virtual replicas of physical systems that can model, simulate, monitor, analyze, and constantly optimize the physical world. They are at the core of this transformation.
In this session, Ms. Puttur will talk about the key findings from the Capgemini Research Institute report, “Digital Twins: Adding Intelligence to the Real World”.
Immersive Technologies - VR/AR and the potential in the Metaverse
Immersive technologies have the potenial to change both customer experience and internal operations. Such technologies include AR, VR, mixed reality, mobile/web-based immersive experiences and also the metaverse.
Ms. Puttur will talk about the key findings from the Capgemini Research Institute's report on immersive experiences which will be launched in the second half of November.
Part 2
