We will be diving deep into how innovation teams can work on an idea from inception, through testing, to a validated business model. We will learn the principles of value proposition and business model design. We will dive deep into how we can push ourselves to develop breakthrough ideas. We will also explore how to test our ideas using business experiments and track the progress we are making towards finding a business model that works.
