DESIGN THINKING MASTERCLASS
Participants will engage with the design thinking process and its methods in a full-day, hands-on workshop. The experience begins with a rapid design challenge to introduce the full cycle of the process: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype and Test.
Participants will learn not only the tools of design thinking but also the role of problem-framing in their work, and will then apply these learnings to their own organizational challenge. When focusing on efficiency, creative problem-solving leads to incremental improvements. When focusing on transformation, creative problem-finding can lead to entirely new solutions.
