– We are excited to be joining the media cluster, says Simon Beech, Limelight’s Director for Northern Europe Sales & EMEA partner business.
– Through a series of conversations, we have learned a lot about the Media Cluster, and have seen the potential in a partnership. Now, we are gearing up, starting collaborating with several of the cluster members, such as Sixty and others.
Limelight Networks has built its reputation for excellence and performance on top of a global backbone network that is capable of delivering any type of content to the edge of the their customers’ own network infrastructure. With video expecting to continue growing as the dominant type of content distributed across the Internet, LLNW is the only service provider able to offer sub-second delivery of live video anywhere in the world.
For the media cluster, the Limelight Network technology is interesting, and represents a good match for several of the existing members. Limelight’s solution and services portfolio fit perfectly in to the media supply chain ecosystem along with companies like Vizrt, Vimond, Sixty, and other cluster companies.
